Kaazi Labs

About

We build the systems we wished existed when we ran companies ourselves.

Kaazi Labs is a London-incorporated AI and infrastructure company. We design enterprise software for operators in emerging markets — and we ship it to the rest of the world.

01 Origin

Why we exist.

The software running African and emerging-market enterprises was mostly designed for somewhere else. It assumes high-bandwidth connectivity, single-currency accounting, polished compliance regimes, and labour markets where data entry is cheap.

Operators on the ground know the gap. They patch it with spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, paper ledgers, and three different accounting systems that don't talk to each other. The cost is measured in hours, errors, and missed opportunities — every week.

We're building what should have existed already: enterprise systems that are AI-native, multilingual, resilient to broken connections, and cheap enough that a 50-person business in Douala can afford the same infrastructure as a 50-person business in Düsseldorf.

02 Vision

Where we're going.

In the next decade, AI agents will quietly absorb most of what middle and back offices do today. The companies that thrive will be the ones whose systems were built for that shift — not retrofitted to it.

Kaazi Labs is building those systems. Maya, our flagship, is the first. It won't be the last.

03 Stance

What we won't do.

  • Sell vapor.

We won't announce features that don't exist or capabilities we haven't shipped.

  • Treat Africa as a niche.

The systems we build for Lagos work in London, São Paulo, and Jakarta. The same code, the same standards.

  • Hide the AI.

When an agent is acting on a customer's behalf, the system says so. Always.
